Terms of Service — Shaped

1. Who you're dealing with

Shapedis published by Core Capital Apps, operated by Core Capital Investments LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Using Shaped means you agree to these terms. Shaped is for adults age 18 and older — by using it, you confirm you are 18+. Questions: rockpros@gmail.com.

2. What Shaped is (and isn't)

Shaped is an educational fitness tool: an AI coach for training, nutrition, and physique goals built for women, plus check-ins and plan building. It is not a medical service, and sections 3 and 4 — the ones that matter most — explain what that means.

3. Not medical advice

The coach is powered by AI, and AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing in Shapedis medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for a qualified physician or registered dietitian. Before starting any training, nutrition, or supplementation program — and before acting on anything the coach says about your body or your health — talk to a professional who is actually responsible for your care. The app includes safety guidance for a reason; it's part of the product, not an obstacle to talk your way around. Your health decisions, and their results, are yours.

4. Pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding

If you are pregnant, trying to conceive, recently postpartum, or breastfeeding, Shaped deliberately errs on the side of caution — and even then, nothing it says replaces your OB-GYN, midwife, or pediatrician. Tell the app about your life stage honestly so it can act on it, and clear your training and nutrition plans with your own care team first.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by the app store you installed Shaped from — Apple or Google. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we cannot issue them directly.
• We can change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers; changes apply from your next billing period, never retroactively.

6. Coaching messages have a monthly allowance

To keep the service sustainable, this version of Shapedincludes a generous monthly allowance of AI coaching messages — currently 200 per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. The app tells you when you're getting close. We may adjust the allowance over time, and if we ever lower it we'll give existing subscribers notice first.

7. Your data

Your profile, logs, check-ins, and photos live on your device — there are no accounts and we keep no server-side copy. How the AI features handle what you send them is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Fair use

You agree not to:

• use Shaped to harm yourself or others, or to give medical advice to others;
• misrepresent your age;
• probe, overload, scrape, or work around our systems, limits, or security;
• extract or copy our coaching content to build a competing product;
• use Shaped in any way that violates applicable law.

9. No promises about results

Training outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, genetics, and a hundred things no app controls — we don't guarantee specific results. The service itself is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Features will evolve as the product improves.

10. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to Shapedis capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

11. Ending things

You can stop using Shaped at any time — cancel in your store settings and clear your data in the app. We may suspend access that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or creates legal risk for us.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll give notice in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Shaped after that means you accept the new terms.

13. The legal wrap-up

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes belong in the courts located there — but email us first; most problems are faster to fix than to litigate.
• These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Shaped.
• If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
• Not enforcing a term today doesn't waive it tomorrow. You can't assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
